These terms govern your use of the Kryleos website and, once released, the Oqira and Forge applications. By using them, you agree to what follows. Kryleos is pre-launch, so these terms will evolve as the products ship.

The products

Oqira and Forge are in active development and are not yet generally available. Features, pricing, and availability described on this site are indicative and may change before launch. Nothing here is a binding offer of a specific price or feature.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the API keys you bring (BYOK) and for any costs or terms imposed by the model providers you connect.
• You are responsible for the code, content, and commands you run through the apps, including reviewing AI-proposed shell commands before approving them.
• You agree not to misuse the products or use them unlawfully.

AI output

Oqira's tutoring and Forge's agents produce AI-generated output that can be wrong or incomplete. Always review it before relying on it — especially code that gets executed or committed.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The website and pre-release software are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kryleos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
